After two straight success-ful years, the festival is on its way to becoming the only major music festival on the Southern Oregon Coast - but we need the help of sponsors to make it happen!

Our festival is managed and staffed entirely by volunteers, including business owners, professional people, retired citizens, local youth and city officials - all who lend their expertise in various areas.

The festival continues to attract music fans from as far away as San Francisco, San Diego, Portland, Eugene, Coos Bay, Medford, Redding and Eureka/ Arcata.

Major music festival in Brookings!

Stagelights Musical Arts Community is proud to host the third annual Wild Rivers Music Festival, a non-profit family-friendly music festival scheduled for Saturday, August 19, 2017, at the outdoor amphitheater at Azalea Park in Brookings, Oregon.

This ticketed event will feature two stages featuring up to four national artists on Saturday and two popular bands from the region. The festival will spotlight upbeat, feel-good music that includes folk rock, Americana, country, rock, bluegrass and world music. Last year's event featured populars artists such as festival favorites Hot Buttered Rum, Poor Man's Whiskey, The Accidentals and Achilles Wheel. For 2017, we have booked rock and folk bands Keith Greeninger, Achilles Wheel, Rogue Suspects, Castletown and Second Bride.

Music fans enjoy fresh food provided by local restaurants and vendors, as well as microbrews and wine by local and regional breweries and wineries.

Community organizations and non-profits will be invited to participate and will receive compensation for their volunteer efforts.

Attendance

We anticipate a crowd of up to 1,000 people in 2017 (we had an estimated 640 paid customers in 2016), with a majority of attendees traveling from across Oregon and California and staying in our local hotels, RV parks and campgrounds.

Benefits of sponsorship

Your financial support guarantees brand recognition associated with a huge community event. Your contribution, depending on the level, will provide you and your business with cost-effective, promotional opportunities that will reach thousands of people locally and throughout the region. We are open to exploring any and all promotional and advertising ideas you might have that would benefit both your business and the festival.

Visibility

Options include your logo displayed in local and regional media advertising, stage banners, the festival program and promotional material including posters, flyers, social media sites and our web page. Your logo will remain on our website for at least six months after the festival is over. Your logo will feature hyper-links to your company's website or social media page.

Festival recognition

Your sponsorship will be announced to concertgoers multiple times during the festival.

Free festival passes

Your company will receive multiple tickets, the number dependent on your level of contribution (see chart on next page). These passes can be used for business promotions and as gifts to your employees, clients or customers.

Our top sponsors will be given free space for a display or information booth.
