SEATING

Total capacity: 1,000.

Lawn: Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis on lawn area of the Azalea Park amphitheater. We suggest you bring a blanket and lowback camping chairs for lawn seating (more details below). Wild Rivers Music Festival does not provide blankets or chairs.

PROHIBITED

No alcohol (beer, wine or hard liquor), outside food, portable stoves, weapons, or camping.

PET POLICY

No pets, except for assistance animals will be permitted. Owner may be asked for physician’s verification of assistance need and must have animal properly restrained. (We follow the ADA service dog law.)

GATES:

The gate opens at noon on Saturday, August 19th. Please do not line up prior to 11 a.m. Vendors will be selling food, drink and products at noon. Music begins at 1p.m.

LAWN CHAIRS & UMBRELLAS:

Only low-back lawn chairs are allowed in the main viewing areas. Back rests of chairs may not exceed shoulder height. Limited space is available for the taller chairs on the sides and at the back of the general lawn seating. Umbrellas will be allowed, but only for those sitting on the sides and at the back of the lawn, where they will not block the view of fellow patrons.

PARKING:

Thanks to the city of Brookings and several property owners, parking is available on several designated lots bordering Azalea Park. If you park on a residential street, please be respectful of our neighbors’ privacy and property.

RAIN POLICY:

Concerts take place rain or shine, unless conditions endanger the safety of performers and the public. Refunds will not be issued due to weather unless the show is canceled. Please come prepared and dress accordingly (rain gear, ponchos, etc.). Umbrellas are allowed prior to the concert, at which time we ask that you close them. Thank you.

DRESS:

Casual. A light wrap is recommended for cooler evenings.

ACCESSIBLE FACILITIES:

Patrons with valid state-issued handicap permits will be allowed to drop off passengers close to the entry gate. A limited number of handicap parking spaces will be availabe near the entry gate. Wheelchair accessible festival seating is in general admission lawn area on a first-come, first-served basis. Please call the festival administrator at 541-251-3952 for more information. CONCESSIONS:

On-site concessions include a variety of food, drinks and desserts from local restaurants and vendors. Beverage choices include a variety of local wines, microbrew beers, soft drinks, water and espresso.

SMOKING:

Smoking is not allowed in concert seating areas or the vendor area.

LINE SITTING:

Prior to gate opening, we ask that patrons respect the rights of others by observing the following etiquette while waiting in line:

  • No lining up until 11 a.m.
  • Holding space in line for a group or cutting ahead of those who have been waiting is not permitted.
  • Unattended items do not guarantee a place in line.

Recovered lost and found items will be located at the festival information booth on site. After the concert, you may also call 541-251-3952.
